XR Team is a multi-faceted innovation research and development enterprise based in Houston, Texas. 

Founded in 2015, our efforts have led to the development of revolutionary hybrid diamond bearing technologies which we call DiaGlide™. Our work has produced a robust portfolio of patented and patent pending innovations. 

Through the end of 2020, we have several issued US patents detailing our technology. In addition, we have more than 15 further applications under prosecution and another 10 US design applications awarded.

Our business model is to license our technology on a "field of use" basis, and follow up with our licensees to rapidly develop and commercialize specific  applications.
